About me
Mag. Isabella Forstnig, MBA, has been an Associate, Attorney Candidate at Benn-Ibler Rechtsanwälte since May 2026. Her main areas of focus are civil law, corporate law, regulatory matters, and digital transformation. She advises at the intersection of law, business, and technology, with a particular focus on legal and regulatory issues arising in digitalization and transformation projects.
Prior to joining Benn-Ibler, she gained several years of professional experience at international companies in the financial and payment services sector across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In addition, she has extensive practical experience in the notarial field as well as in providing legal support on corporate, contract, and real estate law matters. Through her work on complex transformation and regulatory projects, she combines legal expertise with commercial and technical understanding
