Her primary focus lies on dispute settlement before national and international arbitral tribunals and in civil proceedings before ordinary Austrian courts. For example, she represented a leading company in the field of water treatment in two arbitration proceedings against the government of an Eastern European country, which resulted from FIDIC contracts and were negotiated according to ICC arbitration rules. She also advised a US medical company against a Jordanian plaintiff before an arbitration tribunal under the Vienna Rules, where the underlying dispute arose in connection with a UN aid program for Iraq.
She also specialises in international law, general civil and corporate law and capital market law.
Mag. Bühler regularly participates as an arbitrator in Moot Courts and gives lectures on arbitration law. She is a member of the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP) and Club Español del Arbitraje (CEA) and speaks German, English and Spanish.
