Ivo Deskovic studied law at the University of Vienna, during which time he also worked for a major Austrian bank in Austria and abroad. In 1993 he became a partner at an international law firm, a position he held until joining Benn-Ibler Rechtsanwälte GmbH as a co-founding partner.
Ivo Deskovic has advised and represented national and international companies for many years. He has particular expertise in regulated business sectors, for example in supervisory law issues in the financial sector as well as in all legal matters relating to telecommunications companies.
Due to his considerable experience in representing clients from throughout Europe and the USA before courts and arbitral tribunals, Ivo Deskovic is predestined for the solution of cross-border challenges - and is a personification of the special international competence to be found at Benn-Ibler.
