Dr. Martin R. Geiger, LL.M. studied law at the University of Salzburg and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Amsterdam. He was admitted to the bar as an attorney at law in Austria in 2002. Before becoming a founding partner of Benn-Ibler Rechtsanwälte GmbH, Dr. Geiger was a partner in an international law firm from 2005 to 2010.
Dr. Geiger is specialising in finance transactions, providing legal advice on all types of financing, from acquisition and mezzanine financing through investment finance, corporate finance, project finance, structured finance and trade finance to regulatory issues in the banking and finance sector. With comprehensive experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions, he also provides secure and sustainable solutions for company acquisitions and restructurings.
