Dr. Gerhard Benn-Ibler is a graduate of the University of Vienna School of Law. He has held various leading functions in the Austrian Bar (Österreichischer Rechtsanwaltskammertag, ÖRAK), of which he is currently President. Prior to the establishment of Benn-Ibler Rechtsanwälte GmbH, he was a partner in an international law firm.
Dr. Benn-Ibler's main areas of specialisation are company law, landlord and tenant law, law of real property and construction law. He also has many years of experience in property management. In addition to his expertise in commercial law and all matters of tax law, Dr. Benn-Ibler has for many years been successfully involved in arbitration, a field which is continually gaining in importance.
Through his leadership positions and memberships in important legal institutions, Dr. Benn-Ibler has a significant influence on Austria's legal culture.
